Why this comparison matters
Gamma, Beautiful.AI and Pitch all promise the same thing: type a prompt or paste an outline and get a deck back. Their entry paid plans are all priced between $10 and $15 a month, so price alone won't decide it. The real differences are in how each one bills you, how much design control you keep, and whether the tool is built for one person drafting fast or for a team sharing a brand.
Gamma builds cards that can become a presentation, a document or a web page, and charges in credits. Beautiful.AI is built around Smart Slides, layouts that re-align themselves as you add content. Pitch is a collaborative deck editor with AI generation added, and its free plan covers up to five members. On our scores, Gamma and Pitch both sit at 6.8 out of 10 and Beautiful.AI at 6.2. The criteria behind those totals tell you more than the totals, so they are broken out below.

Where the scores come from
Gamma's output quality score of 7 reflects a wide spread across sources: 4.7/5 on Product Hunt and 92/100 from Digital Trends, against 3.9/5 on G2. Its low problem-fit score of 5 comes from reviewers repeatedly citing limited templates, generic layouts and restrictive formatting. Gamma gets a first draft out quickly. Getting that draft to look like your brand is the hard part.
Beautiful.AI scores 7 on API and integration, the best of the three, because it documents a prompt-to-deck API endpoint and connects to tools sales and ops teams already run. It loses points on pricing value (5): reviewers flag the missing free plan and the jump from Pro to Team. Prezent.ai's review reports time savings above 70% on deck building, but also a templated look and limited design freedom.
Pitch takes the top ease-of-use score of 9. It runs in the browser, needs no setup, and the free plan allows unlimited presentations. Its G2 rating is 4.4/5, though from only 43 reviews. The weak spot is integration (4), since no public API turned up on the pages checked.
Pricing comparison
Gamma's official pricing page could not be checked for this piece, and third-party guides disagree on the exact numbers. Our tool data lists Plus at $10, Pro at $20 and Ultra at $100 a month, with discounts for annual billing. Presentations.ai lists $12 and $25 for Plus and Pro. Check gamma.app before you commit. Beautiful.AI and Pitch figures below come from their own pricing pages.
| Tier | Gamma | Beautiful.AI | Pitch |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0, 400 one-time credits | None (14-day trial; .edu students get a free year) | €0, up to 5 members, 100 one-time AI credits |
| Entry paid | Plus, $10/month | Pro, $14.50/month billed annually | Plus, €10/month billed yearly, 500 AI credits a month |
| Mid tier | Pro, $20/month | Team, $40/user/month annually or $50 monthly | Team, €15/month billed yearly; Business, €20/month billed yearly, 750 credits |
| Top tier | Ultra, $100/month | Enterprise, custom | Enterprise, custom |
| One-off option | None listed | $45 for a single presentation, cancel any time | None listed |
A few details matter more than the headline prices. Gamma's free credits don't refresh. eesel.ai reports that paid plans refresh 1,000 credits a month on Plus, 4,000 on Pro and 20,000 on Ultra, and that standard-model generation on paid plans doesn't spend credits. Beautiful.AI's trial requires a card and bills automatically unless you cancel. Its Team card says "includes 3 users" while the FAQ says 2 to 20 seats, and the page doesn't resolve that. Pitch lists only yearly prices and says annual billing saves 17%, without showing the monthly rates.
For a team of five, Pitch's free plan costs nothing, while Beautiful.AI Team runs $200 a month on annual billing. That gap explains most of the difference in pricing-value scores.
Use case scenarios
Pick Gamma if you need a draft deck fast and work alone
Gamma suits a founder, consultant or student who needs something presentable from a prompt and doesn't care much about matching a brand guide. The free tier needs no card, the entry plan is $10 a month in our data, and one prompt can also produce a doc or web page. Skip it if you are a designer or work to strict brand rules, since reviewers keep naming generic layouts and tight formatting controls.
Pick Beautiful.AI if you need brand consistency and automation
Beautiful.AI is the pick for sales and marketing teams that build many decks to one look. Smart Slides keep spacing and alignment consistent, Team adds locked slides and shared libraries, and Enterprise adds brand guardrails. It is also the only one of the three with a documented API in our data, plus Salesforce, Slack and Google Drive connections. That makes it the clear choice for anyone who wants to generate decks from another system. The $45 single-presentation option helps when you only need it once.
Pick Pitch if your team builds decks together
Pitch fits startups and small teams that edit decks together and share them by link. The free plan covers five members with unlimited presentations, Team starts at €15 a month billed yearly, and features like teamspaces, pitch rooms and external guests are aimed at sending decks to investors and clients. It is weak on automation: with no public API found, nothing can push data into it programmatically.
Verdict
There is no single winner, so here is one per job.
- Best for solo drafting: Gamma. Cheapest route from prompt to deck, with an 8 for ease of use. Expect to accept generic layouts.
- Best for brand-locked teams and API workflows: Beautiful.AI. The highest integration score (7) and the strongest brand controls, at the highest per-seat price.
- Best for collaborative teams on a budget: Pitch. The top ease-of-use score (9), a usable free plan for five people, and clear yearly pricing.
If you need one default for a small team, choose Pitch. It ties Gamma on overall rating at 6.8, beats it on problem fit (7 against 5), and its free plan lets the whole team try it before anyone pays. Choose Beautiful.AI over both only if decks have to come out of your CRM or another system, or if brand guardrails justify $40 a seat.
