1. Who we are
scored.tools is published by SANSPNASH, a business owned by Ariel Agor, at 14320 Ventura Blvd, Unit #1350, Sherman Oaks, CA 91423, USA (a mail address). "We" and "us" in these terms mean SANSPNASH. Write to[email protected] about anything here.
Payments are taken by Stripe. The Stripe checkout page shows the merchant nameAriel Agor, who owns SANSPNASH. It is the same business.
2. Using the site
By using scored.tools you agree to these terms. Reviews, scores and comparisons are our opinion, formed from public evidence under the method on ourscoring page. We do not test every tool hands-on. Scores change when the evidence changes. Nothing on the site is legal, financial or professional advice, and you should check a tool's current price and terms on its own site before you buy it.
Some links to tools are affiliate links, which can earn us a commission at no cost to you. They never change a score. See the editorial policy.
3. Buying from us
We sell the products on the advertise page, at the prices shown there, in US dollars. A purchase is a contract between you (or the business you represent) and SANSPNASH, made when Stripe confirms your payment.
- What money buys. Attention (an Expedited Review), presentation (Vendor Plus) or a labelled placement (a Category Slot, Sponsored Note or Sponsored Article).
- What money never buys. A score, a ranking position, a verdict, or the removal of a competitor. An Expedited Review is published whatever the score turns out to be, and a re-review can lower a score.
- Labels and links. Every paid placement is labelled where readers can see it, every paid link is marked as paid for search engines (
rel="sponsored"), and every payment is listed with its amount in our publicledger. - We write the words. For Sponsored Notes and Articles you supply facts and a destination; we write the published text. We may decline any order before you pay, and the products we refuse outright are listed on the advertise page.
- What you promise. That what you send us is true, that you have the right to send it, and that the page you ask us to link to is lawful.
4. Subscriptions
Vendor Plus and Category Slots are subscriptions. They renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel online at any time from the billing link in your receipt or your vendor dashboard; the subscription then runs to the end of the period you paid for. Where a launch price is locked, the lock lasts the period stated on the advertise page.
5. Refunds
Each product has its own refund rule, shown next to it on the advertise page and collected on our refund policy page. Those rules are part of these terms. If you have a problem with an order, write to[email protected] before opening a dispute with your bank; we usually answer within one business day.
6. Our content, and the badge
The text, scores and design of scored.tools belong to us. You may quote short extracts with a link back. Any tool may show its score badge on its own site using the code on its review page, as long as the badge is not altered.
7. Claims, corrections and responses
A vendor who claims a page must really run that tool. Corrections and responses must be accurate and must not discuss scores or rankings. We may edit or remove a response that breaks these rules, and we may remove a claim made by someone who does not run the tool.
8. Warranties and liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it is error free or always available, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data. Our total liability to you for anything connected with the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it in your own courts.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed. A change never affects an order you have already paid for.
