scored.tools is an independent review site for AI tools. We score every tool on the same five published criteria, and no score is for sale.
How We Score
Every tool gets a score out of 10 based on: quality of output, ease of use, pricing value, API/integration quality, and how well it solves the problem it claims to solve.
Each criterion is scored 0 to 10 from cited evidence: the tool's own site, pricing and documentation, and independent sources such as published benchmarks. The overall score is the average. Every tool page shows the five scores and the evidence behind each one.
When we cannot find evidence for a criterion, it is marked n/a and left out of the average rather than counted as zero, and the tool page says so. A tool needs evidence for at least three of the five criteria to get a score at all.
We don't test every tool hands-on. What we do promise is that the same rules apply to every tool, the evidence is on the page, and no score is ever bought.
Editorial independence
scored.tools takes money from advertisers, and says so on every page where it has. The rule is one sentence: money buys attention, placement and a labelled page; money never buys a score, a ranking position, or a verdict.
Sponsored articles live at /sponsored/, are labelled above the headline, carry rel="sponsored" links, and are excluded from every ranking and roundup on the site. A vendor can pay to move to the front of the review queue, which buys our attention and not our approval — the score is published whatever it turns out to be.
Every payment we have ever taken for placement is listed, with the amount, in the public ledger. The full rules, including who we refuse and why, are in the editorial policy.
Affiliate Disclosure
Some links on this site are affiliate links. When you sign up for a tool through our link, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This helps keep the site running and free for everyone.
Affiliate relationships never influence our scores. Tools without affiliate programs get the same honest review as tools with them.
Who runs scored.tools
scored.tools was founded by Ariel Agor and is published by his business, SANSPNASH, based in Sherman Oaks, California. The same owner runs Agor AI, an AI consulting company; its own ad on our pages is labelled as an ad and never affects a score. When you buy from us, the Stripe checkout shows the merchant name Ariel Agor. Ourterms of service and refund policy set out what you are buying.
